What are website reviews and what benefits do users get from it?
When we as users consume information on websites or shop for products we encounter different experiences and have different opinions about the quality of information, service or information we have encountered. We do rely a lot on the information provided to us by the website owner as to the validity and quality of that information, product or service. If we do have a mechanism for asking questions, rating the website or even voicing our opinion or concern it is many times in the control of the website owner. This means we are at the control and mercy of website owners. If we post a bad comment or opinion the website owners can remove our comments and only display the ones viewed as important or beneficial to them.

WebSpeakup comes to solve that. As the interface for comments and opinions and reviews is independent of the website, users are allowed to enter what they truly think in a democratic and free manner. Other users can rate the website and our opinions or even discuss those with us. The second mechanism is the SpeakUp. It allows us to write a comment, question, answer or opinion on the current webpage or website. Other coming to this page can see our comment, rate it or talk about it with us and others.
This makes our lives very simple and easy and ensures we can always connect with people in a quick and efficient manner. The system also allows us to track our friends, hear what they say and read reviews they give other websites and other places. The website review system is a truly independent and easy to use system. It insures we get the control back and have the power to speakup and surf as a community not alone.
